I am disappointed with my Lenskart experience. Despite paying extra and opting for a primer subscription, my glasses developed scratches within 6 months ..I am not able to read anything because of those scratches. Local shop spectacles have proven more durable in comparison. Unfortunately, Lenskart did not offer a fix or exchange, leaving me dissatisfied with the overall service and quality of their product.

Please dont visit this outlet. Worst customer experience. We had finalised the glasses however the team was very hurry to shut down their store exact at 9pm. They told us to go out of the store. Very unethical employees. Very musch disappointed. Please shut down permanently this outlet
